NCT 127 has officially confirmed its future together after all seven members renewed their contracts with SM Entertainment.
The agency announced on July 15 that Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Haechan have chosen to continue with the company, giving fans more reasons to celebrate as the group marks its 10th anniversary.
According to SM Entertainment, the members made the decision together based on the strong friendship they have built over the years and the trust they share with the agency. In its official statement, the company expressed gratitude to both the artists and their fans while promising continued support for the group’s future activities.
According to Complex, SM said, “This renewal reflects the unwavering teamwork and strong bond the members have built over the years, as well as the mutual trust between the artists and the company.”
The contract renewal also confirms NCT 127’s current seven-member lineup following the departures of Mark in April and Winwin earlier this month. With their future settled, the group is preparing for a busy second half of 2026.
NCT 127 Announces New Album
Fans will not have to wait long for new music. NCT 127’s seventh full-length album is scheduled for release on August 24, AllKPop reported.
SM Entertainment described the upcoming record as the beginning of a “new era” for the group, adding excitement to an already meaningful anniversary year.
Shortly after the album arrives, NCT 127 will launch its fifth concert tour, “NEO CITY – THE REDLINE.” The tour will begin with three performances at Seoul’s KSPO DOME from September 18 to 20 before expanding to major cities across Asia.
The group’s schedule includes concerts in Jakarta on October 3, Hong Kong on October 10 and 11, Singapore on October 18, Bangkok on October 31 and November 1, and Taipei on January 2, 2027.
The new tour follows “THE MOMENTUM” and continues the long-running NEO CITY concert series that first started in 2019.
Over the past decade, NCT 127 has built a loyal global fanbase through energetic performances and hit songs such as “Fire Truck,” “Cherry Bomb,” “Kick It,” and “2 Baddies.” Their music and stage presence have helped establish them as one of K-pop’s leading groups.
The contract renewal, upcoming album, and international tour are all part of the group’s larger 10th-anniversary celebration, “NCT 2026: Everything, All at Once.” The campaign will also feature pop-up events and the “NEO DIMENSION” exhibition later this year.
