That’s one way to do it.
A male idol has seemingly come out in a new update.
In 2020, Maroo Entertainment announced the debut of the boy group GHOST9.

The group, then consisting of 9 members, had this full lineup only until a year after their debut, when Dongjun and Taeseung left. The group continued as seven, while the two departing members pursued their own activities.
Dongjun has since re-debuted under the name Brad, releasing the digital single “Invade Day” in 2025.
Recently, however, the idol made a seemingly big declaration in a very nonchalant way.
In a video shared on his Instagram account, the former idol explained his daily life as a former K-Pop idol, including what he dealt with during his time as an idol.
He explained that while he was an idol, there were many things he was lacking, which included a phone, no days off, no money, and no boyfriend, adding the eggplant emoji, which represents penis.

This part of the video was noted, with some taking it as the idol coming out as gay, due to a lack of mentioning not having a girlfriend either.
every single ex kpop coming out does look like fork found in the kitchen which is really funny considering how bad kpoppies gaydar usually is but please please never forget how important that is for the queer community and how brave it is of the person to open to the world https://t.co/nraEg2Fs4T

There are some that are not sure if he is just “baiting” for engagement, but as of writing the post is still up.
