When recently debuted singer ZO ZAZZ was questioned about plastic surgery, he didn’t hold back on revealing his extensive list of past procedures.
Although ZO ZAZZ is already 40 years old, he didn’t make his debut as a singer until 2025. His quest to look his best, however, started much earlier. ZO ZAZZ appeared on the latest episode of MBN’s Jun Hyun Moo’s Plan, where host Jun Hyun Moo asked him a blunt question about cosmetic surgery.

While many stars are quick to dodge questions about having work done, ZO ZAZZ was honest, revealing “I had it done when there were barely any plastic surgery clinics around.” The singer went on to state that he has undergone multiple plastic surgery procedures on every part of his face — beginning as young as his teen years.
Eyes, nose, mouth, all of it. I had my eyes and nose done in high school.

As shocking as it may be for a high school student to undergo plastic surgery, ZO ZAZZ previously explained on Radio Star that his own mother arranged it. “[She] personally had me get my eyes and nose done,” he said. “Mothers don’t usually tell their own children that they’re ugly, but my mother saw my future.” At today’s prices, the singer says the money spent on his past surgeries would add up to almost ₩20.0 million KRW (about $14,600 USD).
Despite the number of cosmetic surgery procedures ZO ZAZZ had as a teen, he confessed that it wasn’t enough to help him break into the entertainment industry in his youth.
