September 2026 is bringing a new lineup of K-Dramas across Netflix, Disney+, Viki, and more.
From star-studded historical romances to time-traveling fantasy stories, there is plenty to look forward to next month. Here are five K-Dramas to add to your watchlist.
1. The Scandal
One of September’s biggest releases is likely to be The Scandal, starring Son Ye Jin, Ji Chang Wook, and Nana.
The historical romance is inspired by the French novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses by Pierre Choderlos de Laclos. The story has been reimagined in the Joseon era, following characters who challenge the strict social rules of their time.
Love, temptation, and manipulation become part of a dangerous game as the characters become entangled with each other.
The series is directed by Jung Ji Woo and written by Lee Seung Young and Ahn Hye Song. It will be released on Netflix on September 18.
2. Made In Korea 2
Made in Korea is also returning with a second season later this year.
The period political K-Drama stars Hyun Bin and Jung Woo Sung and is set against major events in Korea’s modern history during the 1970s.
The first season premiered on Hulu and Disney+ in December 2025. Season 2 is set nine years after the events of the first and will premiere on September 9 with two episodes.
International viewers will be able to watch exclusively on Disney+ and Hulu.
3. A Love Other Than Yours
A Love Other Than Yours is a romance melodrama starring Seo Kang Joon, Ahn Eun Jin, Lee Joo Ahn, and Jo Aram.
The show follows long-term couples who begin experiencing emotional changes after meeting new romantic interests as they get closer to marriage. It will explore the complicated feelings that can appear when people who thought they had found their forever partner begin questioning their relationships.
The series premieres on KBS2 on September 12 and will air every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 PM KST. It will also be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
4. The Ordinary Jackpot
If you are looking for something a little lighter, The Ordinary Jackpot could be one to watch.
The workplace K-Drama stars Lee Joon Hyuk, Seo Hyun Woo, and Oh Dae Hwan. Based on a web novel of the same name, it follows an ordinary salaryman whose life changes after he wins the lottery jackpot.
Rather than leaving his job behind, he continues working at his company with a newfound sense of confidence and security. His sudden financial freedom changes the way he approaches his corporate life.
The show premieres on Netflix and TVING on September 10 at 6 PM KST. It will also begin airing on tvN on September 14, with new episodes every Monday and Tuesday at 9 PM KST.
5. Dive Into You
Dive Into You will bring romance, fantasy, and time travel together.
Kim Ji Yeon and Jang Se Hyuk star as twin siblings Yoon Ha Na and Yoon Ha Ru. Their lives change after they discover an old camcorder with a mysterious ability to transport them into the past.
The twins decide to use it to prevent the death of Ha Na’s first love, Jung Woo Jae, played by Park Seo Ham.
However, changing the past comes with its own risks. As they attempt to save someone they love, Ha Na and Ha Ru will have to face the consequences of interfering with the past.
The K-Drama begins streaming on Viki on September 26.
