Netflix‘s “Single’s Inferno 3” cast members Lee Kwan Hee and Yoo Si Eun have officially confirmed that they are dating in real life, surprising fans who followed their journey on the popular reality show.
The two stars shared the news through a joint statement posted on their social media accounts on July 29. Their announcement revealed that they had quietly spent time getting to know each other after the show and decided to share their relationship with fans.
“Today, we’d like to personally share some happy news about the two of us,” Lee Kwan Hee and Yoo Si Eun wrote, AllKPop reported.
“Thanks to the warm support and interest so many of you have shown us, we’ve quietly taken the time to get to know each other.” They continued, “Now, we’d like to sincerely share our feelings with all of you. Going forward, we’ll continue to cherish and support one another as we build a beautiful relationship together.”

Lee Kwan Hee and Yoo Si Eun first met while appearing on Netflix’s dating reality series “Single’s Inferno 3,” which aired in 2023. Although they did not choose each other as their final partners on the show, their connection continued after filming ended.
During the finale, Lee Kwan Hee selected Choi Hye Seon, while Yoo Si Eun chose Choi Min Woo. However, neither of those on-screen pairings developed into real-life relationships. According to reports, Lee and Yoo stayed in contact after the program as friends before eventually becoming romantically involved.
Their relationship announcement quickly gained attention from viewers and fellow cast members, especially because they were not the couple fans expected to see together after the show ended.
Lee Kwan Hee, born in 1988, is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Seoul Samsung Thunders. According to TheChosun, along with his sports career, he has continued appearing in entertainment programs, including “Game of Blood X.”
Yoo Si Eun, born in 1997, is a former contestant of the 66th Miss Korea pageant and works as an influencer. She also appeared on TV Chosun’s “Miss Trot 4,” gaining further public attention.
