MBN·SBS Plus’s The Psychopath I Met is a thriller talk show based on true stories, dealing with encounters with antisocial personalities such as psychopaths, sociopaths, and narcissists hiding among us.
The upcoming episode of the show focuses on “Discovering Love,” highlighting shocking true stories of psychopaths who disguised themselves as lovers to dominate and exploit their partners. Kim Mi Young, a statement analyst who has directly investigated some of South Korea’s most notorious violent criminals will appear on the show.
In the preview of the show, Jun Hyun Moo opened up about his experience being subjected to obsession and control by an ex-girlfriend. Jun revealed that she demanded video calls no matter where he went and required him to check in on each of his friends, eventually causing him to lose contact with them.
He also said, “The phrase I heard most after we broke up was, ‘Welcome back, Hyun Moo.’” Emotional during the episode, Jun confidently stated, “Speaking from experience, that is not love.”
