Over the years, the cost of concerts overall has only grown and K-Pop is no exception. Fans of groups both backed by massive agencies like HYBE and those under smaller, “nugu” agencies have often protested the sometimes-cited “unreasonable” costs.
Recently, a boy group gained attention for the opposite, sparking interest.
In mid-July, it was announced that the boy group OMEGA X would embark on a U.S. tour.
This is not the group’s first time coming to America, though prior visits were marked by allegations of mistreatment. The group would go on to win their lawsuit against their previous agency.
OMEGA X Are Now Completely Free From Spire Entertainment — Contracts Have Been Terminated
This time around, the group’s tour is with Leo Presents, a new company known for bringing groups to the states from smaller agencies. Tickets initially went on sale on July 17, with the cheapest being $50 USD.
On August 7, local time, Leo Presents announced that for the next 24 hours, the tickets to all of the group’s shows would be only $1.

Because of the low price, many who might not have had interest in the group before shared that they bought tickets, now looking into OMEGA X.
