An idol-turned-actress revealed a bizarre incident when she was left alone at a rest stop and didn’t have her phone with her.
On September 17th, Netflix Korea‘s channel released a video featuring Son Ye Jin, Ji Chang Wook, and Nana, cast members of The Scandal.
In the video, After School member-turned-actress Nana recalled an incident during a trip when her manager’s car left without her at a rest stop.
At the time, the manager asked if she wanted to use the restroom when they arrived at the rest stop, but Nana initially said no. Later, after the manager went to the restroom, Nana woke up and also wanted to go, so she got out of the car.

The problem was that the manager didn’t know about this at all. Nana explained, “The manager thought I was still in the car because I said I wasn’t going.”
What made it even more absurd was that Nana left her phone in the car when she got out. She had a feeling the car might leave her behind, and that intuition became reality.
Nana watched as the car drove off right after she came out of the restroom. She recalled thinking, “Oh, they’re leaving. What should I do?” and recreated the awkward moment, bringing laughter.
Without her phone, Nana ended up borrowing a phone from someone at the rest stop. But then she faced the issue of whose number to call. Fortunately, she remembered her mother’s number and managed to contact her manager through her mother.
Since the manager had already driven quite far, it was not easy to turn back. Nana revealed that it took about an hour for the manager to return, surprising everyone.
Still, Nana cherishes the incident as a special memory rather than an unpleasant one. She said, “At the time, I thought it was a fun experience,” and shared that she got friendly with people at the rest stop while waiting for the manager.
She also smiled while recalling that some young students who recognized her even offered her drinks, adding to the unexpected rest stop connection.
