TV personality Lee Seon-min shared an update on his rising popularity, revealing that he has continued to enjoy a remarkable streak of success for four consecutive months.
Lee Seon-min appeared as a special DJ on SBS PowerFM’s “Cultwo Show,” which aired on November 2.
During the broadcast, he talked about his recent activities, including being selected as the advertising model for a liquor brand, as well as his impressive rankings in brand reputation surveys.
According to big data analysis results released by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, Lee Seon-min ranked No. 1 in the October 2026 Rising Star Brand Reputation rankings, surpassing Kim Do-young and Kim Yoo-jung. He also placed second in the November 2026 Variety Show Entertainer Brand Reputation rankings, just behind Yoo Jae-suk, maintaining a spot near the top for two consecutive weeks.
When Kim Tae-gyun expressed amazement, asking, “Just how much higher are you going to climb?” Lee Seon-min responded, “I still can’t believe it every month.” He continued, “I know I’ll eventually drop, but being able to maintain this for three or four months is all thanks to everyone.” Kim Tae-gyun then offered him some advice, saying, “You need to build a strong image for yourself while you’re still a rising star.”
Born in 1988, Lee Seon-min made his debut in 2016 as part of SBS’s 16th open recruitment class of comedians. Recently, he has attracted considerable attention through various digital entertainment programs, including “My Training Camp Uncle,” where he has shown great chemistry with Woni, a member of girl group RESCENE. He has been credited with playing a significant role in helping the group rise to prominence as one of the hottest girl groups.
