A new video showing BTS’s Jungkook working out shirtless has once again fueled online discussion surrounding long-running rumors that he and aespa’s Winter allegedly share a “couple tattoo.”
The speculation has circulated for months, with the alleged matching tattoo remaining at the center of theories about the two K-pop stars.
The latest development came as BTS continues its ARIRANG tour in the United States. V recently shared a series of behind-the-scenes moments from the tour on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse into the members’ activities away from the stage.
Among the footage was a brief workout scene featuring V and Jungkook without shirts. The clip quickly attracted attention, with fans focusing not only on the duo’s workout routine but also on Jungkook’s exposed skin.
Some fans used the footage to revisit the tattoo rumors and argued that the alleged design was nowhere to be seen. The absence of the supposed tattoo became particularly notable because some of the theories surrounding Jungkook in recent months have claimed that he deliberately wears long-sleeved clothing to keep the alleged tattoo hidden.
However, in the newly circulated footage, Jungkook appears shirtless while exercising, leaving much of his upper body visible. Fans therefore questioned why the alleged tattoo was not noticeable if the design actually exists.
The clip does not confirm or disprove the rumors, and neither Jungkook nor Winter has publicly confirmed that they have a matching tattoo. As a result, the latest discussion remains largely driven by fan speculation and interpretations of social media content.
Still, the appearance of the shirtless footage has given the long-running rumor a fresh wave of attention, demonstrating how even seemingly ordinary behind-the-scenes moments involving major K-pop stars can quickly become the subject of intense online scrutiny.
