A popular YouTuber candidly revealed the reasons behind her decision to undergo breast implant replacement and size reduction revision surgery, as well as the results.
Recently, a video titled “Surgery again? The real reason I decided on breast revision surgery..” was posted on You Catnip‘s YouTube channel, sharing the changes before and after the surgery and her feelings.

Having had her first breast surgery in 2021, You Catnip confessed that she had long been uncomfortable due to the implant size being excessively large for her slim body type. She reflected, “I think I didn’t need to insist on such a large size given my somewhat petite upper body.”
It wasn’t just a matter of size. You Catnip said, “It sometimes sounded like air was trapped under my left armpit, and at some point, even lying on my side became difficult.” She also suffered from rippling, where the implant’s wrinkles were visible on the skin’s surface.
Furthermore, she admitted that at the time of her first surgery she focused solely on safety and didn’t sufficiently consider her body type. Before her recent revision, she carefully compared the feel and characteristics of various implants and chose the one best suited to her breast shape.
For this revision surgery, she reduced the implant size from 355cc to 320cc on both sides. You Catnip added, “I wanted to go even smaller but settled on a size that harmonizes properly with my figure.”
She expressed great satisfaction with the results, saying, “The rippling on the skin surface is gone, and no matter how I lie down, the foreign feeling or discomfort that used to bother me is completely gone. The volume on the upper part, which I was unhappy with, is now evenly filled, and the texture feels much more natural. I’m 1000%, 10,000% satisfied—I even wish I had done it sooner.”
However, she was clear in warning against reckless cosmetic surgery. You Catnip emphasized, “This is by no means a video encouraging plastic surgery. This was a decision I made to relieve discomfort I experienced and to achieve personal satisfaction.” She also drew the line at responding to personal inquiries about the clinic where she had the surgery.
