Park Shin Hye’s agency, SALT Entertainment, released an official statement confirming that the actress had safely given birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and child are doing well, and Park Shin Hye is currently resting while receiving care and affection from her family.
Through her agency, Park Shin Hye and her husband expressed their gratitude for the warm wishes and congratulations sent to the mother and newborn. On social media, fans celebrated the happy news, with some describing the Parks as a “perfect family.”
Park Shin Hye announced that she was expecting her second child in April. The actress reportedly put her entertainment activities on hold to focus on preparing for the birth. In June, three months before her due date, she traveled to Singapore with her husband, Choi Tae Joon, and their son alongside Bae Yong Joon’s family. At the time, Park Shin Hye still appeared fit and moved around comfortably despite being several months into her pregnancy.
Park Shin Hye married actor Choi Tae Joon in January 2022 and gave birth to their first child, a son, on May 31 of the same year.
