XG has canceled the Dallas and Mexico City stops of its THE CORE world tour, according to an announcement published on the group’s official website Oct. 6.
The Dallas performance was scheduled for Nov. 17, 2026, while the Mexico City concert was set for Nov. 22. The announcement attributed the cancellations to unforeseen circumstances but did not provide a specific explanation.
All tickets will be refunded, according to the notice. Purchasers are asked to visit the website where they bought their tickets for details about the refund process.
The statement identifies Ticketmaster as the contact platform for the Dallas concert and Superboletos for Mexico City. It does not specify when refunds will arrive or whether buyers must submit a request. Ticket holders should check the instructions associated with their orders.
No replacement dates were included in the announcement. XG expressed disappointment at being unable to perform for fans who had been looking forward to the shows. The notice applies specifically to Dallas and Mexico City and does not announce the cancellation of the entire tour.
