Choo Sarang, the daighter of model Yano Shiho and mixed martial artist and TV personality Choo Sung Hoon, has entered puberty.
In the 309th episode of KBS 2TV variety show Fun-Staurant, which aired on July 9th, Yano Shiho appeared as a guest.
On the show, Yano Shiho called Choo Sarang, who was about to come to Korea from Japan, and even though Sarang sweetly said, “Mom, I will wait at the airport,” she suddenly hung up the phone. When called back, Sarang angrily said, “I asked uncle to pick me up. Mom, don’t do that,” and abruptly ended the call.

At the airport, Choo Sarang’s condition was even more serious. She was seen crying. Yano Shiho said, “Sarang is going through puberty. Choo Sung Hoon is going through menopause. It’s hard. Every day emotions change—crying, getting angry, sometimes okay, sometimes not,” she confessed.

Later, Choo Sarang’s inner thoughts were revealed. In a personal interview, she said, “I had exams for three days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If I don’t pass, I have to take after-school classes. That’s so annoying and stressful,” revealing that academic pressure was making her close to breaking point.

Choo Sung Hoon married Yano Shiho in 2009, and their daughter, Choo Saeang, was born in 2011. Their family earned much love appearing on KBS 2TV variety show The Return of Superman.
