SEVENTEEN’s JEONGHAN and JOSHUA are officially branching out as a duo.
The K-pop stars will make their debut as JxJ with their first mini-album, DREAMSCAPE, set for release on Oct. 19, 2026, PLEDIS Entertainment announced.
The record will arrive at 6 p.m. KST on release day, while preorders opened Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. KST through Weverse Shop and other participating retailers.
The project marks a new chapter for the two singers, who have spent more than a decade performing together as members of SEVENTEEN and its Vocal Unit.
What Does ‘DREAMSCAPE’ Mean?
According to PLEDIS, DREAMSCAPE takes its title from the idea of a “landscape of dreams.”
The concept explores two different forms of dreaming: the unconscious fantasies people experience while asleep and the ambitions they hope to realize in everyday life.
PLEDIS says the record will depict those two worlds continually intersecting and colliding until the boundary between fantasy and reality begins to disappear. JEONGHAN and JOSHUA are positioned as “dreamers” moving between those spaces, with the project designed as both a musical and visual experience.
A brief introductory visual accompanying the announcement also revealed JxJ’s logo, built around the duo’s overlapping initials.
‘DREAMSCAPE’ Will Come in Multiple Versions
Physical details for JxJ’s debut are beginning to emerge.
Weverse Shop currently lists a set containing two versions of DREAMSCAPE: Daydreamers Ver. and Dreamchasers Ver. The official product listing confirms an Oct. 19 release date.
As of Sept. 24, however, the track list and title track have not yet been revealed, meaning fans can expect additional teasers and music details ahead of the album’s arrival.
Preorders through Weverse Global are scheduled to continue through Oct. 18, subject to availability.
JOSHUA Released New Music Just Before the JxJ Announcement
The JxJ reveal arrives during an especially active stretch for JOSHUA.
Just one day before preorders for DREAMSCAPE began, the singer released his digital single album “Baby Come Home” on Sept. 22.
PLEDIS confirmed that the release contains two tracks: a Chinese-language version of “Baby Come Home” and an English version.
That solo release now leads directly into his new collaboration with JEONGHAN.
JxJ Will Celebrate With Fans in November
The duo will also mark the album launch with a special event for CARATs.
SEVENTEEN’s official Weverse account has announced a DREAMSCAPE Special Fan Party scheduled for Nov. 8 at Seoul Women’s University Auditorium in Seoul.
The event will accommodate 500 winners selected from eligible fans who purchase the designated album through Weverse Global and complete an application during the entry period.
More details about the event are expected closer to the date.
For now, JxJ’s debut rollout has only begun. With the track list, title song and additional promotional material still under wraps, JEONGHAN and JOSHUA have several more pieces of their DREAMSCAPE world left to reveal before the mini-album arrives Oct. 19.
