A popular Koream actress revealed that she once dated a boyfriend through gaming.
On October 2nd, a video titled “First Fandom Friend – People Who Like Shoujo Manga, Gather Here~” was posted on YouTube.
In the video, the production team asked OH MY GIRL‘s Mimi about her favorite manga. Mimi said, “People who like manga can’t choose just one favorite,” and added, “My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999 is undeniably great.”
Hearing this, Kang So Ra added, “This is a story about forming bonds through online games, so gamers can relate to it.”
She then recalled, “I also had a boyfriend through a game back in the day,” and said, “You had to pay cash to have a couple. You could get couple items.”
Kang So Ra confessed, “I had my first relationship in middle school with an online boyfriend,” to which Mimi quipped, “That’s more extreme than me. At least my first boyfriend was a person, not 2D.” Kang So Ra replied, “You’ve been more successful than me.”
