Fans have taken the announcement and ran with it.
Korea is known for its wide variety of dating shows, with one of the most well-known being Single’s Inferno.

The country has also expanded to dating shows featuring sexual minorities, including His Man, a series featuring gay men, and ToGetHer, a similar show featuring sapphic women. Now, the same team behind these programs has introduced another show, this time focused on those attracted to men and women.
StandBiMe, a reality show featuring bisexual men and women, is set to air on June 12.
While the first preview has been released, many have questions about who may appear on the show, as no casting has been announced, and shows sometimes include celebrities.

As a result, K-Pop fans have taken the show’s reveal and ran with it, creating their own joking casting announcements. Many have been announcing idols as MCs for the show, with some viral ones including NCT WISH‘s Sion, EXO‘s Chanyeol and ZEROBASEONE‘s Gunwook.

Others straight (no pun intended) up made memes stating that a specific idol would be appearing on the show as a contestant. Many of these include idols that have been heavily shipped, including BTS‘s Jimin, TWS‘s Shinyu, and THE BOYZ‘s Sunwoo.

While these are obviously jokes, it is not entirely impossible that a K-Pop idol or other celebrity would appear on the show.
