On August 2nd, a photo was posted on Instagram with the caption, “Who am I this time? Proof of the cosplay winner’s gift from last time. This time, the gift will be a bit bigger. Please leave lots of fun comments,” by Lee Se Young.
In the released photo, Lee Se Young takes a mirror selfie wearing an orange bob wig and a striped bikini top. She recreates the distinctive style of the character, drawing attention with her slim waist and curvy silhouette. Fans responded speculating that she was cosplaying as Nami from One Piece.
Recently, Lee Se Young has been gaining attention by consecutively presenting cosplay content. She previously shared photos recreating various characters, which sparked debate online over the level of exposure. Some praised it as “freedom of expression” and “highly accurate,” while others felt the exposure was excessive.

This has drawn more interest following her recent confession about plastic surgery. Through YouTube, Lee Se Young revealed she invested about ₩100 million KRW (about $69,300 USD) in surgeries and treatments, including two double eyelid surgeries, rhinoplasty, and breast augmentation.
She also disclosed experiencing side effects when breast fillers burst, spreading to her armpits and back, and undergoing breast augmentation surgery to restore the deformed shape after removing the fillers. She said, “These surgeries were for myself,” adding that after the procedures, she gained confidence to wear outfits she previously wouldn’t have dared to.
