A Korean actress candidly shared the side effects of diet injections.
On July 2nd, a video titled “We invited Kwon Eun Ji, the ‘second Karina’” was posted on Kang Ye Won‘s YouTube channel.
In the video, Kang Ye Won invited model Kwon Eun Ji and had various conversations. She prepared homemade hamburgers, saying, “The AI visual, the second Karina, Kwon Eun Ji, is coming.”

Kang Ye Won asked Kwon Eun Ji, “What’s the most hamburgers you can eat?” and Kwon Eun Ji replied, “I used to eat three. I can’t eat that much now, but that was when I was eating well.” Kang Ye Won agreed, saying, “You did eat a lot when we had meals together back then.”
Then Kang Ye Won opened up by saying, “I heard you used to be a bit chubby,” to which Kwon Eun Ji readily agreed. She revealed that she once weighed 63kg but said, “Now I fluctuate between 39 and 40kg,” surprising everyone.

Kang Ye Won said, “You’re much thinner than me. This is not a human body but just a walking doll’s body,” and expressed concern, asking, “Don’t you feel dizzy?” Kwon Eun Ji explained, “Fortunately, I don’t feel dizzy. I look much fuller on camera, so I have to lose weight like this to look normal in photos.”
The conversation naturally shifted to trending diet injections these days. Kang Ye Won asked, “Have you ever tried Wegovy or Mounjaro?” and warned, “You shouldn’t do it. People who do those look dry and wrinkled, as if they’ve lost moisture,” mentioning side effects. She also made a firm statement, “Even if you lose weight, you shouldn’t lose it like that,” drawing attention.

Kwon Eun Ji shared, “I starved myself almost to death. I would faint once a week, but even after fainting, I just endured without eating,” evoking sympathy. She added, “After dieting like that, my followers increased a lot, and my recognition built up, but it was tough in reality.”
Born in 1979, Kang Ye Won is listed as 165cm tall and weighing 45kg.
