Kim Sung Kyu reunited with Filipino fans on June 28 as he successfully wrapped up the final stop of his Asian solo tour, “LV4: Leap to Vector,” at SM Skydome in Manila.
The concert marked his first performance in the Philippines in 11 years, making the night especially emotional for longtime supporters.
“It’s been 11 years. Thank you so much for waiting. It’s very nice to see you again,” Sung Kyu told the crowd during the show, drawing loud cheers from fans, AllKPop reported.

Ahead of the tour, Sung Kyu released his sixth solo mini-album, “OFF THE MAP,” featuring tracks such as “When I think about you,” “Over It,” “Dreaming,” “Portrait,” and “Answer.” Filipino fans were among the first to hear the songs performed live on stage.
Sung Kyu explained that both the album and the “LV4” tour represent his desire to continue growing as an artist and challenge himself in new ways.
Throughout the nearly three-hour concert, he showcased his signature emotional vocals while also playing guitar during several performances. The setlist featured a mix of newer songs and fan favorites, including “Sorry,” “Because,” “60sec,” “Climax,” “Sentimental,” “Fog,” “You,” “City of Angel,” and “Savior.”
The performance reflected different stages of his music career, from songs released a decade ago to tracks that have not yet officially come out.
