A K-Pop girl group idol shared an update showing her dedication to working out, drawing attention with her flawless figure.
On August 9th, several workout videos and photos were posted on Instagram by T-ARA‘s Hyomin.
In the photos and videos, Hyomin is seen posing and working out in a gym space.
Particularly eye-catching was her defined 11-line abs, slightly revealed as she lifted her top with one hand. The photo was accompanied by the comment, “Coach, I’m giving it all I’ve got… Where are you, abs?”
Another photo showed her clenching her mouth tightly with the caption, “Clenching with molars,” highlighting her effort. Her well-toned figure and slim waist drew admiration.
After her workout, she struck a pose in front of a mirror, showing off a luxury S-line figure.
Hyomin debuted in 2009 as a member of T-ARA and gained much love. She later married a financial professional who is 10 years her senior in 2025.
