BOYNEXTDOOR will expand its debut studio album with HOME: DELUXE, a repackaged edition arriving September 28 at 6 p.m. KST through KOZ Entertainment.
The release retains the nine tracks from HOME and adds five, bringing the total to 14. Its promoted title track is “ANIMAL,” co-produced by Zico, according to The Korea Herald’s report on the tracklist.
The additional material includes Korean-language versions of “Count to Love” and “Boom Boom Boom,” songs the group previously released in Japan. The fan song “400 Years” also joins the expanded edition.
That mix is important when comparing the two versions of the album. The five additions expand the original tracklist, but they do not all represent songs audiences have never heard before. Some bring existing material into a different language or into the HOME collection.
“400 Years,” in particular, has a history predating this comeback. BOYNEXTDOOR released a self-filmed video for the song in January 2024, documenting moments with the members and their recording process. Coverage of that original video identified it as a dedication to the group’s fans, ONEDOOR, with lyrics written by the members.
Myung Jaehyun, Taesan and Woonhak participated in writing four of the five additions to HOME: DELUXE, including “ANIMAL,” The Korea Herald reported. Their involvement continues alongside Zico’s contribution to the new title track.
The promotional rollout began with a teaser on September 6, followed by a comeback schedule on September 7 and the tracklist on September 8. Soompi’s dated updates document that sequence and confirm the September 28 release time.
For listeners who already know June’s HOME, the repackage offers an expanded tracklist anchored by “ANIMAL.” It also brings the group’s Japanese releases and an earlier fan dedication into the same collection, extending the album beyond its original nine-song edition.
