Many fans expressed their disappointment.
BTS member Jungkook has landed himself in hot water with his own fans after his recent social media activity.

The conflict in question sprouted from an AI-generated video that the idol shared from his alternative Instagram account, “bowwow_bam.” The short clip shows Bam, his pet dog, doing the choreography of Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies” with two other dogs.
The video clip has triggered some significant backlash from international fans, who disagree with generative AI content and urged Jungkook to stop promoting it to his massive following.

BTS’s recent endorsement of generative AI has been met with quite a lot of pushback from fans who are not only against the ethical violations of the technology but are also sensitive to its environmental toll. In addition, multiple BTS members have previously spoken quite openly against this technology, with Jungkook being perhaps the loudest of them all.
However, this wouldn’t be his first instance of receiving pushback from his own fans over AI-generated content.
