Jisoo’s agency BLISSOO announced on August 25 that the singer had begun teasing her highly anticipated solo comeback through an official poster, countdown page, and teaser video.
According to BLISSOO, Jisoo unveiled the promotional materials for ‘CLICK’ through her official social media accounts on August 24. The countdown page features a mysterious amusement park as its backdrop, with the clock counting down to 1 p.m. on September 4. The accompanying teaser video further builds anticipation. It opens with Jisoo holding up an amusement park ticket before introducing several character dolls against a dark background. The eerie imagery creates a noticeably different atmosphere from the newly released poster, raising curiosity about the concept behind her upcoming release.
‘CLICK’ will be Jisoo’s first new song in approximately 11 months, following her collaboration with pop star ZAYN on ‘EYES CLOSED,’ which was released in October 2025. The collaboration marked an important milestone in Jisoo’s solo career, as ‘EYES CLOSED’ entered the Billboard Hot 100, Billboard’s main singles chart in the United States. Her upcoming release therefore marks her return to music after nearly a year and is expected to offer fans another glimpse into Jisoo’s evolving identity as a solo artist.

Jisoo made her debut as a member of BLACKPINK in 2016 alongside Jennie, Rosé and Lisa. The group quickly established itself as one of the biggest names in K-pop, releasing global hits such as ‘Whistle,’ ‘Playing with Fire,’ ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU,’ ‘Kill This Love,’ ‘How You Like That,’ and ‘Pink Venom.’ Jisoo subsequently launched her solo career in 2023 and has continued to expand her activities beyond music, including pursuing acting projects.

With ‘CLICK,’ Jisoo is now preparing for another chapter in her solo career. The mysterious amusement-park concept and contrasting visual elements have already sparked curiosity about what she has in store for fans when the song arrives on September 4.
