On October 16, BIG Naughty shared a photo on his Instagram Story along with a message saying, “Thank you once again for giving me such overwhelmingly generous congratulations. Hope you all have a wonderful night.”
In the photo, BIG Naughty wraps his arm around his wife’s waist as the two take a mirror selfie. Their affectionate moment caught fans’ attention. Earlier, while communicating with fans, he revealed that he had decided to spend the rest of his life with the woman who had inspired several of his songs, including “Vancouver” and “Vancouver 2.” He is now set to marry the woman who has served as his musical inspiration for many years.
Currently serving as a social service worker, BIG Naughty shared, “We first met when I was nine, and we’re getting married at 24. I’m sincerely grateful to Woo Joo, who has always been a great source of inspiration for me, and to everyone who loves the things that inspiration has created.” He continued, “I wondered what I could give in return, so I quietly uploaded a song for you. I’ll complete my service faithfully and return as a more mature person.”
The couple has already registered their marriage and is legally married. BIG Naughty’s wife is his longtime partner of approximately 10 years and is known to have inspired several of his songs, including “Vancouver.” He has previously revealed in various broadcasts that he had a one-sided crush on a woman he met during elementary school for more than a decade.
BIG Naughty first gained recognition after appearing on Mnet’s Show Me the Money 777 in 2018 and officially debuted with his first single in 2019. Since then, he has won over music fans with songs including “Just 10 Centimeters,” “Hopeless Romantic,” “Fxxxnds,” and “Beyond Love.” Most recently, he released “Nostalgia,” which received a positive response from fans.
