On August 26, SBS released a preview for the first episode of the show Seo-jin’s Staff (Whatever You Want Me to Do – Seo-jin’s Staff)’s new season, just two days ahead of its premiere. The preview begins with BIBI meeting the show’s two staff members, Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu, for the first time.
Despite BIBI enthusiastically greeting them, the two initially fail to recognize the singer standing right in front of them. Lee Seo-jin jokingly questions whether the person in front of him is really BIBI before finally realizing who she is.
Kim Kwang-kyu then attempts to recover from the awkward introduction by enthusiastically greeting her, later blaming the strong backlighting for making it difficult to see her face. The amusing first encounter sets the tone for an unpredictable day.
As the three begin their schedule, BIBI quickly develops a playful back-and-forth with Lee Seo-jin. When BIBI spots some snacks and says they look delicious, Lee Seo-jin immediately tells her not to eat them, prompting BIBI to push back: “Why are you telling me what to do?” The two continue their playful confrontation while Kim Kwang-kyu adds to the chaos.
At one point, Lee Seo-jin frantically looks for Kim Kwang-kyu, only for him to accidentally walk into the wrong room and realize, “Oh, this is someone else’s room.” Kim Kwang-kyu also gets teased by BIBI while driving, with the singer bluntly telling him that he is “the tiring type.”
The trio eventually heads to the hot and energetic atmosphere of the Waterbomb festival. While BIBI commands the stage with her charismatic performance, Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu attract attention from the audience in the stands by wearing outrageous fake-muscle costumes.

Behind the humorous scenes, however, BIBI reveals a much more serious side of her experience. She says: “I thought this would be my last Waterbomb.” Her comment suggests that the performance carried much more emotional weight than audiences may have realized.
Ahead of the performance, BIBI reportedly admitted that she felt “overwhelmed.” The upcoming episode will show the intense preparation that took place behind the scenes as she worked to overcome that pressure. The revelation offers another perspective on the performance, which attracted significant attention for its bold stage presentation and subsequently became the subject of a sexuality-related controversy. Rather than simply being a provocative performance, BIBI’s comments suggest that the stage was also the result of considerable pressure, preparation and determination.
BIBI’s appearance will be featured in the first episode of SBS’s new season of Seo-jin’s Staff. The episode is scheduled to premiere on August 28 at 11:10 p.m. KST.
Viewers will get a behind-the-scenes look at BIBI’s Waterbomb performance, as well as the singer’s candid thoughts about the pressure surrounding what she believed might be her final appearance at the festival.
