On September 26, KQ Entertainment finally addressed the video in a statement to Korean media, identifying the woman and shedding light on what happened.
According to ATEEZ’s agency, the woman in question was someone affiliated with an unnamed brand. Many fans believe the brand in question is Dolce & Gabbana, given that San was attending Milan Fashion Week as its global ambassador.
KQ Entertainment went on to state that the pair were not together for leisure purposes and were accompanied by other members of staff at the time.
The woman in the video is a representative from a Milan-based brand. They were on their way to purchase necessary items. They were not alone. A local security guard and manager were also with them.
