On October 28 (KST), Jisoo of BLACKPINK officially released the music video teaser for “ADDICTED,” following her September single “CLICK.” The teaser hints at a dramatic transformation, showcasing a rebellious and mysterious new image. The song is scheduled for release at 8 a.m. on October 30 (KST).
In the newly unveiled teaser, Jisoo appears in a sensual bodysuit against a cloud-filled backdrop, with lightning repeatedly tearing through the darkness. The setting feels surreal, evoking the atmosphere of a storm quietly building before an explosive release. Notably, in the final seconds, Jisoo reveals a colder, edgier side of herself. While BLACKPINK’s eldest member has traditionally been known for her elegant, classic beauty, she now exudes a wilder, more mysterious, and somewhat defiant aura.

Alongside its striking visuals, the “ADDICTED” teaser offers a brief preview of the melody and the first glimpses of the choreography. The catchy instrumental, combined with Jisoo’s distinctive vocals, leaves listeners curious to hear the full track.
Jisoo’s return toward the end of the year is more highly anticipated than ever, as the other BLACKPINK members have all been keeping busy with a continuous stream of activities. Jennie recently released her EP Fallen Angel, while the group’s youngest member, Lisa, returned with her first solo EP, Press Play. Meanwhile, Rosé has also teased her second solo album, expected in 2027.

In fact, Jisoo has already reached several notable milestones in her solo career, including the release of her EP AMORTAGE in 2025 and her collaboration with Zayn on “Eyes Closed.” In 2026, “CLICK” continued to pave the way for her first full-length solo studio album. What makes this latest teaser so compelling is that Jisoo does not need to become a version of Jennie, Rosé, or Lisa.
Instead, her icy new image reveals a completely different side of Jisoo, and she has even revealed that the production team was surprised by the transformation. As a result, all eyes are now on BLACKPINK’s eldest member and her upcoming release “ADDICTED,” which could mark the moment she unveils a rebellious side that audiences have yet to discover.
