On Oct 15th, Lee Seung-gi’s daughter was seen singing in a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, “Lee Seung-gi 2,” as he shared an anecdote about the traditional first-birthday ritual known as doljabi.
In the video, his daughter sat on a chair with her hair styled in two pigtails, holding a microphone and singing. Although Lee Da-in’s voice could also be heard in the background, the little girl continued singing her own song without being distracted, even when someone spoke to her.
“Our daughter isn’t even three years old yet,” Lee Seung-gi said, sharing more stories about her everyday behavior. According to him, as soon as she returns from kindergarten, she shakes her head and says, “Please give me ice cream. Melon flavor!”
He also recalled an occasion when he went for a walk alone with his daughter along the Han River and stopped by a convenience store. His daughter recognized the store, insisted on going inside, and begged him to buy her ice cream. “She’s so cute that I can’t say no to buying it for her,” he said.
He added, “She smears it all over her face and ends up eating it with her entire face,” fondly recalling the way his daughter enjoys eating ice cream.
Meanwhile, Lee Seung-gi married actress Lee Da-in in 2023. The couple welcomed their second child, a son, last July, and now have a daughter and a son.
