A Korean actress candidly revealed the hardships she experienced after giving birth.
On October 1st, a video titled “Pregnancy and childbirth behind the scenes revealed” was released on the YouTube channel Model Han Hye Jin.
In the video, Han Hye Jin visited Lee Si Eon and Seo Ji Seung‘s home where childcare is in full swing and had a conversation with them.

Seo Ji Seung named breastfeeding as the hardest moment after childbirth. She confessed, “Breastfeeding really hurts,” and added, “I think it was more painful than giving birth.”
She recalled that both she and her husband became a bit more sensitive after childbirth, saying, “Without even realizing it, I became a little sensitive. Both my husband and I were like that.”
She continued with an anecdote from when she was at the postpartum care center. Seo Ji Seung said that at that time, Lee Si Eon told her, “It hurts, so stop now. You don’t have to do it.” Although it was meant for her well-being, Seo Ji Seung felt anger instead. She expressed, “I wondered, ‘Is that really what you’re saying for my sake?’” and added, “I’m sacrificing for our child, but I felt like he couldn’t understand that,” revealing her feelings at the time.

Seo Ji Seung then said she wanted words of encouragement like “Ji Seung, you’re doing great,” and asked Lee Si Eon for support. She shared, “After leaving the postpartum center, I was in so much pain that I said, ‘Honey, it hurts so much,’ and he encouraged me by saying, ‘Ji Seung, you can do this.’ But then, I suddenly got angry again,” which drew laughter.
Looking back, Seo Ji Seung attributed her emotional ups and downs to hormones. She said, “No matter what I do, hormones don’t obey me. I get really angry.” Hearing this, Han Hye Jin remarked, “Actually, Lee Si Eon didn’t do anything wrong,” to which Seo Ji Seung agreed and added, “These days, it’s gotten a bit better.”

Lee Si Eon and Seo Ji Seung began dating publicly in 2018 and got married in December 2021. In May, they became parents, welcoming their son Sol Min.
At that time, Lee Si Eon shared his feelings about becoming a father, saying, “When I first saw him, I was truly moved. Is this really my son? Am I really a dad?” He added, “Now I feel like I have to do whatever it takes for the baby.“
