It seemed like a reunion would happen.
In 2014, the boy group BTL debuted as a nine-member group with the track “Beyond The Limit.”

The group initially toured after their debut, but plans for a comeback in 2015 were ultimately never fulfilled. The group’s company dissolved in 2016, seemingly marking the group’s disbandment; however, in 2024, the group reunited with four members to participate in Peak Time.

Since then, there have been no updates on the group’s status until member Jay‘s recent updates.
Jay, now known as Joel Lane, was recently interviewed by BNT about his current activities and experiences as a mixed-race celebrity.

While discussing his activities as a broadcaster and current acting aspirations, Joel Lane mentions his “idol activities” ending more than once. When asked if he had a desire to continue doing music, he stated that again, while explaining his current musical activities.
My idol group’s activities ended so suddenly, so I’ve always had lingering feelings and regrets about being on stage. I’ve tried ballads, dance music, and trot, but if I get the opportunity in the future, I’d like to perform on stage once again with an exciting dance song that I can have fun performing and enjoying together with a choreography team.
