On September 3, Lee’s agency, ACE FACTORY, told Dispatch that the actor had been preparing for an upcoming K-drama, Iseop’s Romance. He was involved with the project since the planning and development stage. However, he has decided to step down from it now.
According to reports, Lee decided to exit the project due to delays in the production process and filming schedules, which made it difficult for him to commit his time to filming the show.
Iseop’s Romance is a much-anticipated K-Drama based on a web novel of the same name, written by Kim Eun Hee. Hence, Lee’s decision to withdraw from the project has drawn major attention from netizens.
