On March 30, Yong Junhyung took to his personal social media to share his position regarding the contract dispute. He stated, “Regarding my exclusive contract, I have repeatedly requested corrections over a long period due to key contractual obligations not being fulfilled. However, these issues were not resolved for years, and I ultimately concluded that it is difficult to maintain a relationship of trust.”
He continued, “As of March 12, 2026, I notified the agency of the termination of the exclusive contract based on relevant legal grounds, and I have yet to receive any response. I consider the contract to have been lawfully terminated and plan to continue my activities independently moving forward.”
Previously, Yong Junhyung had already revealed conflicts with his agency, Black Made, last year. The label operates as a subsidiary under Big Planet Made Entertainment.

At the time, he expressed frustration, saying that on the day of his album release, he was suddenly called in and informed that the company needed to reorganize its labels due to business expansion and would terminate his contract without conditions. He added that when he questioned the decision, the agency abruptly reversed its stance, only to later demand that he leave the company and pay back investment funds from a distributor he had never approved, along with alleged damages set by the company. He emphasized that he had never violated any terms of the contract.
Meanwhile, Yong Junhyung married singer HyunA in October 2024, just nine months after publicly confirming their relationship.
