On April 8, Jeongyeon uploaded several photos to her social media without any caption, immediately catching fans’ eyes.
In the released images, she showcased a pure and elegant aura with long, straight hair and well-defined facial features. What stood out the most was her slimmer face and more defined jawline, signaling a striking transformation.
In another set of photos, Jeongyeon appeared in a casual outfit yet still radiated natural charm. Even in close-up shots, her flawless skin and bright eyes stood out, prompting fans to praise her “peak visuals” once again.
Previously, Jeongyeon had worried fans after halting activities due to health concerns. Following neck disc surgery in 2020, she underwent steroid treatment, which led to side effects including weight gain. She also faced panic disorder and other health challenges, resulting in multiple hiatuses.
However, she has recently returned to activities in a healthier and more stable condition, reconnecting with fans with renewed confidence.
In a past interview, Jeongyeon shared, “Sometimes I regret not overcoming it sooner, but I’m proud of myself for getting back up. It was possible because my members quietly believed in me.”
