Actor and singer Seo In Guk has graced the cover of Singles Japan March issue ahead of the release of the Netflix series “Boyfriend on Demand”, where he stars alongside BLACKPINK’s Jisoo.
In the newly revealed pictorial, Seo In Guk effortlessly pulls off a variety of outfits, showcasing both his refined, dandy charm and the ultimate “boyfriend look.” Whether dressed in tailored pieces or relaxed casual wear, he exudes a polished yet approachable appeal.

During the accompanying interview, Seo In Guk spoke about “Boyfriend on Demand,” teasing key elements of the upcoming Netflix romance series. He explained that the drama centers on a virtual dating simulation concept layered with complex emotional arcs. According to him, viewers will find themselves deeply immersed as they follow the characters’ emotional journeys.
Discussing his character “Kyung Nam,” Seo In Guk described him as someone who may appear cold on the outside but performs his work flawlessly. At the same time, Kyung Nam has an unexpectedly clumsy and multifaceted side. With a laugh, Seo In Guk noted, “I’m not as serious as Kyung Nam,” describing himself instead as playful and honest about expressing his emotions, highlighting the differences between him and his character.

As the project falls within the romance genre, Seo In Guk naturally addressed his on-screen partner Jisoo. He praised her as a mood-maker on set and said she fit her character perfectly. “As filming progressed, it felt like the actress and the character became one,” he shared, expressing admiration for her seamless performance.
Reflecting on his dual career in acting and music, Seo In Guk said he has learned to understand emotions in a more structured way. He believes that his acting and music careers positively influence each other, allowing him to deepen his artistic expression across both fields.

Calling 2026 his “year of blooming,” Seo In Guk expressed hope that the projects he has steadily prepared will flourish. In addition to the upcoming release of “Boyfriend on Demand,” he revealed that he is currently filming “See You at Work Tomorrow!” and preparing a new album, hinting at a busy and versatile year ahead.
