The said photos showed her hosting a birthday livestream on AfreecaTV with waves of “Star Balloons” flooding the screen. Juice Seyeon thanked her fans with a short message, “Thank you for 500K!” showing off making 500,000 “Star Balloons” in a single day.
On AfreecaTV, one “Star Balloon” equals ₩100 KRW (about $0.07 USD)—meaning the 500,000 she received for her birthday amounts to roughly ₩50.0 million KRW (about $34,300 USD). After deducting platform fees and taxes, her actual income from hosting the birthday livestream is estimated to be between a whopping ₩33.0 million KRW (about $22,700 USD) and ₩38.0 million KRW (about $26,100 USD).
