They will take legal action regarding false claims.
Recently, THE BOYZ members sent a notice to ONE HUNDRED demanding the termination of their exclusive contract. On March 19, ONE HUNDRED issued a prompt official statement.

The agency stated that they paid a substantial exclusive bonus to each member on the premise that they would act as a single team and abide by the contract.

“Hello, this is ONE HUNDRED. We would like to state our position regarding the exclusive contract between our company and THE BOYZ.
Our company entered into a contract with THE BOYZ by paying a substantial exclusive signing bonus for each member, on the condition that all 11 members would act as a single team throughout the contract period. However, due to various controversies involving the members last year, this premise collapsed. This led to one member withdrawing from the team, making normal group activities difficult.
Nevertheless, we have strived to persuade our affiliates who suffered losses to maintain group activities, even while enduring significant deficits.
Therefore, we cannot accept the demand to terminate THE BOYZ members’ exclusive contracts. Furthermore, some of the reports in The Fact article is inaccurate. We clearly state that we have maintained the support provided to THE BOYZ, including vehicles, managers, and practice rooms, and have expressed our intention to continue providing for them; however, the members rejected this first, leading to a situation in which they refused our support.
In particular, we would like to inform you that the claim alleging that CEO Cha Ga Won withdrew and used the dormitory deposits is completely groundless, malicious, and clearly false. In this regard, we plan to take strong legal action against The Fact. Thank you.”
Meanwhile, nine members have demanded termination of the contract, except for New.
