On January 29, KoreaBoo reported that Chinese showbiz is abuzz after paparazzi footage surfaced showing Taiwanese actor Edward Chen (born 1996) and actress Lan Xiya (born 1998) together on what appears to be a romantic date.
According to the report, the pair were spotted leaving a luxury hotel together before heading to a restaurant for dinner. While walking along the street, they openly displayed affection, hugging and holding each other closely without attempting to avoid public attention. After finishing their meal, Edward Chen and Lan Xiya returned to the same hotel, where they were again photographed walking arm in arm and holding hands.
The intimate moments captured by paparazzi have been widely circulated on social media and are being viewed by netizens as strong evidence of a romantic relationship. As of now, neither Edward Chen nor Lan Xiya has issued an official response regarding the dating rumors.
