On February 6, a video titled “Spicy Balance Game?! Dad Hee Jun on the Loose?!” was uploaded to the YouTube channel “Jam2 House.” In the episode, Moon Hee Jun appeared alongside his wife Soyul, a former member of Crayon Pop, as the couple took part in a playful “married couple version” of a balance game.
Kicking things off with a humorous hypothetical question, Moon Hee Jun asked whether it would be okay to peel sesame leaves for a junior girl group member during a broadcast. Soyul immediately bristled, saying it was “not okay at all,” before reluctantly adding that she could accept it if it were strictly for filming. Their banter set the tone for an episode filled with honest and hilarious marital confessions.

Although they talk often in daily life, the couple revealed that most of their conversations revolve around parenting. When Soyul claimed she would prefer a husband who comes home exactly at 10 p.m. even without contact over one who returns at 4 a.m., Moon Hee Jun pushed back, joking that she treats him differently. He explained that even during serious meetings, she constantly calls him, and if he does not answer, their daughter ends up video-calling him instead prompting laughter.
The couple showed rare unity when faced with a question about ex-lovers. Asked to choose between a spouse who keeps in touch with an ex or one who carefully stores photos and gifts from a former partner, both reacted strongly. Soyul called staying in contact with an ex “the worst,” while Moon Hee Jun agreed, saying he could not understand keeping such mementos.

When their daughter became curious after hearing the term “ex,” Moon Hee Jun jokingly revealed that she had promised not to date until she wins a major award twice and only after getting approval from her agency’s CEO, drawing amused reactions.
The conversation turned more sentimental when Moon Hee Jun was asked if he would marry his current spouse again if he were reborn. Without hesitation, he answered yes, explaining that only by marrying Soyul could he meet their children again. However, he added honestly that he wished he had married earlier. Now in his late 40s, he admitted his stamina is not what it used to be, saying that if they had their son sooner, he might have had the energy to seriously persuade Soyul about having a third child.

He wrapped up the segment with tongue-in-cheek advice to other husbands, saying, “Since we’re not being reborn anyway, just answer that you’d marry your wife again.”
Moon Hee Jun married Soyul in February 2017, becoming South Korea’s first “idol couple.” Despite their 13-year age gap, the pair have built a happy family and are now parents to one daughter and one son, continuing to charm fans with their candid and affectionate family life.
