On February 12, Min Hee Jin posted a video with the caption, “It’s all thanks to everyone’s support.” The clip featured a dinosaur character riding a bicycle down a road. Notably, the dinosaur was dressed in an outfit similar to what Min wore during a past press conference, immediately catching viewers’ attention. Toward the end of the video, the phrase “Only One Always Known” appeared alongside the logo of her new company, OOAK Records, further fueling speculation.
Min also uploaded a separate image capturing a scene from the video. The edited photo included the dinosaur character, the OOAK Records logo, and five rabbits placed together in the frame. She added a heart emoji pierced by an arrow. Some online users have interpreted the five rabbits as a possible reference to the five members of NewJeans, though no explicit explanation was provided.

Previously, in November of last year, Min notified HYBE of her intention to exercise a put option on her shares in ADOR. However, HYBE informed her that the shareholder agreement had already been terminated in July, maintaining that her right to exercise the put option was no longer valid. Disputing this claim, Min argued that the contract termination was unjustified, leading both sides into a prolonged legal battle.
On the same day as her social media post, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Division 31 dismissed HYBE’s lawsuit seeking confirmation of the termination of the shareholder agreement. The court also ruled in favor of Min and two former ADOR executives in their lawsuit demanding payment for shares following the exercise of the put option.
The court ordered HYBE to pay approximately ₩25.5 billion to Min Hee Jin, along with ₩1.7 billion and ₩1.4 billion respectively to two former ADOR directors.
