In a recent episode of Go So Young’s Pub Restaurant, actress Lee Joo Bin surprised fans by revealing her ideal type none other than her upcoming K-Drama co-star Ahn Bo Hyun.
The moment came during a light-hearted segment called the “Ideal Type World Cup,” where she was asked to pick her ideal man through a bracket-style tournament. Lee Joo Bin eliminated notable stars one by one, offering personal anecdotes and admiration for each.
Early in the game, she chose Ma Dong Seok over Yoo Ji Tae. When it came to choosing between Park Hyung Sik and Ahn Bo Hyun, she shared that Park “literally glowed in person” during a past shoot for Twelve. Still, she ultimately favored Ahn Bo Hyun.
Lee Joo Bin also picked Lee Dong Wook whom she recently worked with over Kim Ji Hoon, and Kwak Dong Yeon over Seo In Guk for his wit and talent. In the semifinals, Ahn Bo Hyun beat Ma Dong Seok, and Lee Dong Wook triumphed over Kwak Dong Yeon.
The final showdown came down to Ahn Bo Hyun vs. Lee Dong Wook. After a thoughtful pause, Lee Joo Bin crowned Ahn Bo Hyun as her ultimate choice, explaining: “I feel like there’s a lot to learn from him. He’s very disciplined and takes good care of himself. Plus, since we both lived fairly ordinary lives in our 20s, we really connect when we talk.”
Lee Joo Bin and Ahn Bo Hyun are set to star together in the upcoming tvN drama Spring Fever, premiering in January 2026. Their on-screen chemistry is already generating buzz, especially following this unexpected personal reveal.
