He has denied all allegations.
Rapper D.Ark has been arrested on suspicion of distributing and using marijuana, only three days after his latest album release.

According to reports, the Mokpo Police Station executed an arrest warrant for D.Ark and is currently investigating him for violating South Korea’s Narcotics Control Act. Authorities believe the rapper was involved in both the use and distribution of marijuana. However, police sources stated that D.Ark has denied all allegations during questioning.

D.Ark, who is of Korean-Chinese descent from Yanbian, first gained public recognition through his appearances on Mnet’s Show Me The Money 777 and High School Rapper 4. Following his rise in popularity, he signed with PSY’s agency P Nation, though the contract ended after less than a year. He has since continued his activities under a smaller management company, Gazplan.
The timing of the arrest has shocked fans, as the rapper had just released a new single on October 23, featuring the songs “1010,” “Girlfriend,” and “Sorry for Cheating.” The investigation is ongoing, and no official statement from his agency has been released yet.
