On February 24, 2026, Kim Hye Yoon and Dex were officially confirmed to star in tvN’s upcoming “Fresh off the Sea” (Direct delivery from my sister’s place) spin-off.
The original variety show, “Fresh off the Sea,” first launched in 2024 and follows cast members as they take on various hands-on jobs by the sea while enjoying seasonal local dishes unique to each region. Due to strong viewer support, the program successfully aired Season 2 and is currently preparing for Season 3, scheduled to broadcast in the second half of 2026.
The newly confirmed spin-off has already drawn attention for its refreshing lineup. Original members Yeom Jung Ah and Park Jun Myun will return, while Dex—who was part of Season 1’s “youngest line”—and Kim Hye Yoon, who previously appeared as a guest in Season 2, will officially join the new project.
