On March 31, a video titled “Let Me Introduce My First Love, Bobby Oppa” was uploaded to the YouTube channel Charles Enter.
In the video, Bobby met with Charles Enter, a longtime fan, and the two engaged in an honest and relaxed conversation. Speaking about his recent activities, Bobby revealed, “These days, I’ve just been focusing on working on music and filming some reality content,” adding that he plans to visit a marine training camp with his fellow iKON members.
He also shared that he has been dedicating a lot of time to working out, explaining that exercise helps him relieve stress. Charles Enter commented on his improved physique, saying, “You were already in great shape, but you’ve gotten even better.”
During the conversation, Bobby was asked about his definition of love. Without hesitation, he responded, “It’s sacrifice. Love is sacrifice.” He elaborated by comparing it to self-discipline, saying that even working out involves sacrifice because it requires enduring hardship out of care for oneself.
He continued, “If you truly like someone, even if it means losing a part of yourself, you just want them to be happy that’s what love is, isn’t it?”
Meanwhile, Bobby married in 2021 and welcomed a child the same year, marking a new chapter in his life as both a family man and an artist.
