According to an exclusive report by Xports News on May 23, Hong Sang-soo and Kim Min-hee were seen walking near Misa in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province.
In photos and video obtained by the outlet, Hong Sang-soo appeared casually dressed in sunglasses while personally pushing a stroller and looking around as he walked.
Meanwhile, Kim Min-hee followed behind at a short distance, dressed in loose-fitting clothes and a cap, maintaining a natural and understated appearance without noticeable styling. The candid sighting quickly drew attention online due to the couple’s typically private lifestyle.
Hong Sang-soo and Kim Min-hee first met through the 2015 film Right Now, Wrong Then, where Hong Sang-soo served as director and Kim Min-hee starred as the lead actress. In 2017, the pair publicly acknowledged their romantic relationship during a press conference for On the Beach at Night Alone. The couple has remained together publicly for years and reportedly welcomed a child out of wedlock in April last year.
Hong Sang-soo previously filed for divorce mediation against his legal wife, but the request was dismissed. He later lost the divorce lawsuit and chose not to appeal, meaning he remains legally married.
Earlier this month, Hong Sang-soo released his latest film, The Day She Returns, which he directed, wrote, and produced, while Kim Min-hee participated as the production manager.
