A C-Drama that is popular right now, before even being released, is The Lament Of Autumn.
Based on a novel, the series follows a poor female student who unexpectedly meets the 5th young master of the Yu family due to an assassination incident, and while it starts rocky, the dynamic and the duo change through love.
Despite the show not being scheduled to air until next year, glimpses of the episodes and plot have been shared through social media.

Yet, it seemed like netizens had mixed reactions to the clip. While some thought it was steamy and couldn’t wait for the drama, others disliked the idea of the trope, particularly the male character forcing a kiss on the female character, with some even saying the kiss didn’t look right.
