The second episode of tvN’s hit variety series Green Bean, Red Bean: Seeds of Laughter, Fields of Happiness Overseas Expedition promises another wave of comedy as Lee Kwang-soo, Kim Woo-bin, and EXO’s D.O. (Do Kyung-soo) continue their chaotic trip to Mexico.
In this week’s broadcast (October 24), Lee Kwang-soo finally fulfills his childhood dream of watching a traditional Mexican wrestling (lucha libre) match but things quickly spiral into mayhem when shopping fever hits.
On the way to the arena, Lee Kwang-soo becomes captivated by colorful wrestling masks sold at street stalls. While Kwang-soo can’t resist shopping, D.O. grows impatient as the clock ticks down to the ticket-booth closing time.
“Two minutes left! If we don’t buy now, we can’t get in!” D.O. shouts before muttering to the staff, “Honestly, I’d be happy if he misses it. Watching him regret it would be more satisfying.”
Meanwhile, Kim Woo-bin tries to act as the responsible “budget officer,” attempting to keep expenses low but chaos reigns as time runs out.
After a long day, the team returns to their accommodation only for Kim Woo-bin to realize that all the receipts he had carefully saved for accounting have mysteriously disappeared. As the show’s designated auditor, Woo-bin panics, turning the room upside down in search of the missing papers. Will he manage to recover them before the team’s budget audit?
Still struggling to find local food that suits their taste, the trio starts their second day with D.O.’s hand-picked breakfast spot. After extensive research, the self-proclaimed foodie chooses a restaurant beloved by locals, where they finally sample authentic Mexican breakfast dishes. Fans can expect genuine reactions and maybe a few surprises from the three stars.
