On March 10, former SISTAR member Soyou made headlines for revealing her extreme diet method.

In a recent YouTube series, she exposed all her detailed weight management secrets and revealed she maintains a very strict diet to maintain her current weight of 49 kg.

In particular, she shared her unique way of eating noodles.
When my friend is eating spicy noodles, I ask her to leave me five bites. Even when I’m eating Pad Thai, I eat one strand at a time.

This appeared to be an extreme measure to minimize carb intake.
She stated that her eating habits changed significantly while practicing a low-carb, high-fat diet. She explained, “My appetite has decreased since I started this method. This time, I totally scrapped my original diet.”

She also revealed that although she enjoys mala-tang (spicy stew), she only adds mushrooms and meat to avoid carbs and maintain a protein-rich diet.

Meanwhile, Soyou lost nearly 20 kg and currently weighs 49 kg. Her meticulous diet has once again sparked interest in celebrities’ extreme diet methods.
