On April 8, Heeseung opened a brand-new Instagram account, where he shared a profile video along with a series of images. Notably, he included the name “EVAN” in his post, hinting at a new stage name for his upcoming activities.
The uploaded content features artistic close-up shots of parts of his body, including his elbow, eyes, and wrist, as well as a short video of him gazing directly into the camera. The mysterious and aesthetic concept quickly caught fans’ attention.
Last month, on March 10, Heeseung officially parted ways with ENHYPEN. His agency BELIFT LAB announced that he would leave the group to pursue a career as a solo artist. Following his departure, ENHYPEN reorganized into a six-member lineup consisting of Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki.
Heeseung had previously reassured fans, saying, “I am preparing an album so I can meet you again soon. I will always carry your love in my heart as I move forward.” Despite leaving the group, he confirmed his commitment to continuing his journey in music as a solo artist.
