In Kian84‘s latest YouTube video, i-dle (formerly (G)I-DLE)’s Soyeon opened up about the fears she carries deep inside.
On February 3, 2026 (KST), Kian84 uploaded a video titled “Soyeon And Kian.” In the video, Kian84 sat down for a conversation with Soyeon, whom he previously connected with through the variety show I Live Alone.
While catching up with Kian84, Soyeon confessed, “When I feel pressured, I tend not to perform well.” When Kian84 asked, “Isn’t your work with music something that a lot of people pay attention to?” the idol replied, “That’s why I get extremely stressed every time I make an album.”
Soyeon admitted she is anxious about possible scandals that could blow up her life.
Soyeon: I go through risk checks with every department at the company. The day before an album is released, I get anxious that something I did might suddenly blow back on me.
Kian84: It’s a world where issues are always needed.
Soyeon: Even when I’m walking down the street, if trash accidentally falls out of my pocket, I panic and pick it up right away. I worry that people will think I littered.
Soyeon admitted that her fearful, worry-prone personality had actually been a secret.
The reason I kept it hidden is that I was living up to this reputation of being someone who doesn’t care too much about what others think.

The idol then revealed that what worries her even more than public controversy is death. When Kian84 burst out laughing at the unexpected answer, Soyeon elaborated, “So many people die every day. That’s why I really try to take good care of my health.”
She concluded by sharing her wish: “I want to take care of all my people first and then die at the very end. I want to live to 100.”
